The "Kyoto 100 Years Karuta" is a collection of only long-established shops in Kyoto, a city of history and culture, that have been in business for more than 100 years.
There is no need to feel that "old stores are too complicated to enter". You can play, know, and learn with this Karuta. The cards show things you should encounter and the spirits of the owners.

読札の内容は、インターネットではなく、歩いて直に訪問し、聞いて回った情報を元にしています。
読札に入りきらなかった情報や、京都の100年を旅するMAPを付属のリーフレットに掲載しています。

自分で遊び方を増やす
Unlike "Iroha Karuta", "Kyoto 100 Years Karuta" has "the initial letter of the store's name" instead of "Iroha" in the upper left corner of the card. On the back of the card is the name of the store and the year it was established.
The game is fun to play according to your own rules, such as hiding the year of establishment and trying to see if you can line up the cards in chronological order.
