<Precautions before purchase>

■If you need to change sizes after purchase, there will be an additional shipping charge.

■If you are unsure about choosing your sneaker size, please use this size measurement form.(Whole Love Kyoto sneakers are manufactured by MOONSTAR.)

■If you have any questions about the size or color of other products, please contact us using the inquiry form.



<About Repair>

■If repair is possible, we will accept repair for a fee.

■The cost of repair will vary depending on the product and its condition. We cannot estimate the repair cost until we confirm the condition of the product.

■The customer is responsible for the freight and other charges if the product is returned by mail.

■You may also bring the product to our shop in Kyoto.

*In the above cases (if you wish to exchange an item for your own reason), the customer is responsible for the return and reshipment shipping costs.
*Please note that we are unable to exchange items that have a difference in value.



<Products and cases for which we do not accept returns or exchanges>

■The return/exchange period for products is 8 days from the date of delivery. Please be sure to check the condition of the product when you receive it.

*Please contact us even if it is unavoidable and after 8 days have passed as we may be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.

■Returns due to the customer's own reasons.

■If the item is stained or damaged by the customer after it arrives at the store.

■Items marked as non-returnable on the product page. Food, books, etc.

■Items that have been used, altered, cleaned, etc.

■Merchandise with odors attached (perfume, cosmetics, cigarettes, incense, etc.)

■Goods (including boxes and accessories) that are in a condition significantly different from when they were delivered.
