My Souvenir

Mr. Sakai, one of WLK's designers, is a university professor who knows a lot about Kyoto, but also travels abroad frequently.
Each time he travels, he returns with two suitcases full of souvenirs.

These are displayed and scattered throughout our workplace.
There are also many items stored in the basement storeroom that are not on display.

May we select one of these each month and offer it for sale?

We will also include text written by Mr. Sakai, who writes for various media outlets.

Whole Love Kyoto and KYOTO T5 are working together to increase the number of people connected to Kyoto's traditional culture.

KYOTO T5 is an abbreviation for "Kyoto Traditional Culture Innovation Research Center," an organization run by Kyoto University of the Arts. Whole Love Kyoto will collaborate with KYOTO T5 to sell archives of Kyoto's traditional culture and innovative products inspired by it.

It's been eight years since we started this project, and we've now connected with over 150 artisans and long-established businesses in Kyoto.
In addition to the articles posted here, the KYOTO T5 website also offers a variety of interview articles.
