We hosted a "Miso Making Workshop" with Kato Miso, which was founded in 1917 in the Nishijin district of Kyoto.
To help you enjoy the time until your homemade miso is ready to eat, we've prepared an "Okaawari" (refill) option.
Participants can purchase wooden-barrel miso prepared in our brewery, exclusively for workshop attendees.
Additionally, we've prepared a limited-edition tenugui (Japanese hand towel) this time.
Please enjoy the charm of Kyoto's craftsmanship and fermentation at home.
