HANAO SHOSE＿JAPAN is a series crafted into hanao to give people the opportunity to encounter the traditional textiles and dyeing techniques of the 47 prefectures. Each piece encourages viewers to develop an interest in the local craftsmanship that is tied to their place of origin.
