<Expected Delivery Date>

■We usually ship within 3-7 business days after we receive your order or as soon as we confirm your payment.

■However, custom-made items are produced after order and payment confirmation, so delivery will be approximately one to three months later.

■Please note that delivery may take longer due to traffic and weather conditions.

■For international shipments, it is not possible to specify an arrival date and time.

<Delivery Status>

■You can check the delivery status of your order using the Japan Post Tracking Service below.

■To check the delivery status, you will need to provide your "Inquiry code number", which will be emailed to you after shipment.

<Customs Duties and Value Added Taxes>

■Shipments outside of Japan are exempt from Japanese consumption tax.

■Please note that customs duties, VAT, and other taxes associated with import and export are the responsibility of the customer.

■Since customs duties vary according to the customs authorities of each country, we cannot tell you in advance whether or not there will be customs duties or how much they will be.

■Please note that there may be some damage to the outer box due to customs inspection.
