Whole Love Kyoto's manufacturing process begins with fieldwork, research, and serendipitous encounters.
In collaboration with KYOTO T5, an institution within Kyoto University of the Arts, we value visiting the actual sites and interacting directly with artisans.

We create products together with the artisans we meet through this process.

HANAO SHOES

Established in 2017, inspired by "Miyako Odori." It features canvas sneakers from "MOONSTAR," a long-established shoe manufacturer in Kurume, with straps (hanao) crafted using traditional techniques. The hanao are detachable, allowing you to enjoy swapping and customizing them to match your mood or outfit of the day.
